Hired a 9 seater last week last minute. Paul was fantastic sorting it all for me. The vehicle was in fab condition was lovely to drive and reasonably priced for a week's hire. You get given all the information you need. Gary was fab when I dropped it back off, you could tell you were in good hands and it was all run properly. Highly recommend. Hired a Citreon Relay van to go to Ireland. Van was VERY clean and TIDY . It averaged 39.4 to the gallon but I did drive it steady . I will definitely hire again from 5 Acres . Thanks very much 10 out of 10 .

Excellent. Having tried at least 8 or 9 other vehicle rental companies in Gloucestershire searching for a minibus to travel to France & Belgium, some locally based & some national/international companies, all of whom said no (post Brexit was given as the reason more than once) my search led me to Five Acres. After a quick telephone call I was told that it was possible and was given a price for a 9 seat minibus plus a price for a larger one, 14 or 15 seats. The price was good so after checking with my mates I rang back and booked the 9 seater. The booking was easy, I provided all of the relevant details & it was booked. On the day of the rental I received a telephone call confirming the booking, during which I added a second driver. I then sent the rest of the details for the new driver through by email and it was all done. When I arrived to pick the minibus up everything was ready, just one piece of paperwork to sign and then I was given the green card. Breakdown was sorted and I was again given the paperwork for it. In addition to the breakdown I was provided with a European pack which included triangle, fluorescent vests and spare bulb kit. I was shown the minibus, a Citroen midi-sized van with 8 seats. It was a 2018 model in really good condition. I was shown a comprehensive list of previous small dings & drinks, most of which were barely visible but it was reassuring to have them all listed. Due to a previous booking I was asked to return it during the night on the day of our return. No problem, arriving at gone 11 I parked it up and put the keys through the convenient dropbox. All very simple & very well organised. Would I use Five Acres Vehicle Rental again, most definitely. Would I recommend them, absolutely. The staff were friendly & helpful which all added to the ease of process. Fingers crossed we'll use them again this time next year, especially as it was so hard to find a rental company that provided a rental to Europe 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I hired a luton van with tail lift. Attentive and friendly when showing me the necessary info about the mechanisms etc. The van was new and spotless inside. I was able to hire it for 24 hours and they were really flexible about a return time. Worth taking up the £20 extra few to reduce the excess right down (which i didnt need!!) 5 star service, no concerns and would highly recommend and use again
