I have used them to sort out both my laptop, PC and printer. Their work has always been very good and the charges reasonable.

Saw the ultimate classic rock show at the Blake theatre. They were brilliant. Comfortable seating,well organised venue. Brilliant place to have a gig. Will go again.

Brilliant - a breath of fresh air to find a place that knows not only how to complete their specialty, but also how to offer great customer service. The staff in the shop can point you directly at what you want - even if you were unsure as to what that was to start with! Just off from the shop area, is the repair area - so nice to be able to see what's being done to your device. A concise and accurate discussion will lead to a full investigation (Laptop/Tablet repair), at a sensible price. Having diagnosed the problem, before going ahead, I received a call to tell me what was wrong and how much the repair would be. I wasn't given any waffle, nor was I tried to be bamboozled with too much technical speak - everything into plain English. What's more, I was told the MAXIMUM price (there was more than one possible problem), and when I came to pay it was less than I'd been told. On a separate visit, I was told from the outset that the problem was likely to be more expensive to repair than a replacement was worth. After their investigation, sure enough they were right. Paid for the diagnosis, then went off and found a cheap replacement phone. I've been popping into the shop or calling for a number of years now (5? 6? I can't remember - but that means since 2016 taking longest date. I didn't visit before as I eithe had no need or didn't live in the area) and have no intention of stopping going now. It's also nice that the individuals in the shop have their own specialisation. As far as I can work out it's: • One for PCs, Laptops, etc. • One for Phones, Tablets, etc. • One for "In Shop" queries (anything that's for sale - from ink & paper, through to accessories. Notwithstanding their individual specialties, they each have an overlap to the others, and if they can't help you something astonishing occurs...you get a phone call from someone who can help! Wow! All in all, well deserving of top marks for customer service and speciality repairs.
