Great in store service. I popped into the store while visiting family in Coleford over Christmas period. I wanted a slip on exhaust and I must admit I was rather indecisive on which to go for. Nothing was too much trouble and a number of exhausts from their stock were brought down. Finally went for Termignoni GP Classic and looking forward to fitting it. Top service

Had one of the best customer experiences with this store. I had ordered a windscreen for my Suzuki GSX-S 125 in a clear colour. Turns out they didn't have one in stock but got a very friendly call for on the chaps there telling the situation, and asked if I would be satisfied with a slightly different colour (light smoke), which I was fine with. I then got another call later one checking whether it was a issue that the part I had order had some slight scratches on the mounts where it had clearly been test fitted in the factory, which as far as I'm concerned is something I would have not batted an eye at, but the fact the MPS had contacted me about it was just fantastic customer service so 5 stars hands down. Parts came very well packaged as well.

Order 112718 Great customer service. Ordered a puig dark smoked screen for my bike and within an hour received a call to say there were stock issues with that particular product. I was given a range of options to best suit what I would like to do next including refund, a different product or wait on the one I ordered. I decided to wait and was kept up to date with the order status. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again ! Well done

These guys really do live up to the 5 star reputation. When things go wrong, it's all about how companies deal with it. I had an issue with trying to get a slip on fitted. Steve went above and beyond helping me on the solution. He'd message me evenings and at the weekend until I'd fixed the issue. Really pleased. After waiting for months for a supplier to send me a new screen which I ordered, I cancelled my order and placed it with these guys. From the very first call to receiving my part they kept me informed. I would highly recommend them and not hesitate to use them again.

Bought a retro styled Puig semi faring screen for a Honda CB1000RA-K to deflect the wind when riding motorway speeds. Item took about a month to receive which I think is probably reasonable at the moment. Motorcycle Performance Store communicated well whilst I was waiting and the item was received nicely packaged and intact. The screen was relatively easy to fit and does seem secure on the bike so far. The screws at the base of the screen are touching the bikes dash display so I have added some cushioning in-between to avoid any damage. The transfers were a bit more fiddly but molded to the contours of the screen after some persistence and seem to fit better when warmed up a bit. The other thing I noticed is that the screen and transfers had BMW R-nine-T marked on them but they fit so can only assume the parts are shared. The screen is effective at deflecting wind off your chest and makes riding easier in my opinion. I also like the way it looks on the bike although bikers who want their naked bikes 'naked' won't like it as its a substantial screen compared to others you can get. I would recommend this product if you want to defect wind when riding and don't mind having a screen on your naked bike. Motorcycle Performance Store communicated well and updated me promptly when I queried the delivery date. The product was received a couple of days after the expected delivery date using a courier which I diverted to a local pick up point.
