Used a day pass as was staying in the local area. Lovely little gym with everything you need, particularly if you are into HIIT/CrossFit style workouts

Good off peak rates with free classes for long term members. Never too crowded, very rarely have to wait for equipment

I joined Rockets Health and Fitness Club beginning of March 22 and then joined The Pack. I wish I'd joined soon, the girls and guys I train with who are part of The Pack are fantastic. Always smiling and encouraging each other which makes training so much more enjoyable. After recently having a baby I was so nervous about returning to the gym. Each training session is different plus always follow on from the previous one. You don't have to be the fitness to take part in any of the sessions. The staff at Rockets Gym are incredible! Every member of staff always says hi and could not be anymore helpful. They get to know you on a personal level. I always look forward to seeing the staff and attending each training session. I would 100% recommend Rockets Health and Fitness Club and The Pack to anyone looking for some encouragement, meeting new people and just some fun. Thank you to all the staff and every member of The Pack who have helped me through every training session, encouraged me and made me start enjoy training again.
