I'm renting a wyedean property. I have to share a shed with the neighbour downstairs. He has recently started stealing from the shed, total value of items missing was £150.00. I confronted the neighbour, his mother was with him who is 80 years old. She informed me he had done it before to other people. Wyedeans solution to this problem is to allow me to put my own shed up to which I have to pay!!. The neighbour also drove home one night intoxicated and drove into the back of my vehicle my neighbour over the road saw it on his CCTV camera. I am being made to feel like the one in the wrong when I have done nothing wrong. This association clearly does not care about their upstanding tenants who abide by the rules but takes the side of the lying , theiving alcoholics

I have always found Wyedean Housing Association, friendly and efficient. They have helped me when I have brought them no end of requests for plumbers, electricians or as go betweens with other residents in disputes. They have maintained the building to a high standard with fresh paint, locks, windows and flooring. There has always been someone on hand and the contract workers doing repairs have almost always done what needs to be done. I have lived in David Hanlon House since 1996 and the years have just flown by.
