We ordered a complete set of curtains for our new house. The order was placed via Neptune but supplied byCalico. Calico came and measured to confirmed the sizes. They came and fitted a curtain pole in our bedroom so could have a temporary curtains and drilled a hold in the wrong place so we have had to have the wall repaired and repainted. When the curtains finally arrived for the drawing room and snug, they were not as ordered. The fitters were slapdash and fitted the blinds at the wrong height so it didn't match with the pattern of curtain inbetween them. This will now result in more repairs and re-painting. This is a company to avoid.

What a delight, the new premises are well worth a visit, the staff are so friendly and helpful, we have dealt with them to have sofas recovered twice in the last few years, workmanship is first class.

In the process of moving site therefore in a bit if a muddle , however staff very helpful with our requirements.

Good for furniture

In a cold Winter the welcome and rooms at this country hotel were a warm treat. The breakfast was very tasty too! Recommended.
